Beatrice Caldwell Wells age 81 of Cains Creek Road Blaine, Kentucky went to be with the Lord on Monday May 24, 2004.

Beatrice was born August 12, 1922 in Elliott County Kentucky the daughter of the late Wesley and Della Ann Triplett Caldwell. She was a homemaker and member of the Cains Creek Freewill Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Otis Wells who died in 1991, a Granddaughter: Stephanie Ann Creech, 2 Sisters: Opal Maddox and Gladys Blevins, and a brother: Cecil Caldwell.

Survivors include:

3 Daughters Sylvia Jane White and Ottie Mae Creech both of Blaine, Ky. and Kathy Marcella and husband Emery Stollings of Chapmanville, W.Va

.

A Son and daughter in law: Dwayne Otis and Linda Wells of South Point, Ohio

4 Sisters: Juanita and husband Don Fields of Ashland, Ky., Mabel Caldwell of Ashland, Ky., Jewell and husband Wilson Stover and Patty Sue and husband Lowell Mackley all of Galena, Ohio

2 Brothers and sister in laws: Fred and Sylvia Caldwell of Logan, W. Va. and Clifford and Ruth Caldwell of Lodi, Ohio

A Good Friend: Lonnie Paul Creech of Blaine, Ky.

10 Grandchildren: Terri Anderson, Tammy Geris, Paula Kay Creech, Adam Joshua Creech, Kathy Jane Stollings, Jennifer Lea Stollings, Garrett Wells, Miranda Wells, Wayne Coal Otis Wells and Robert Gipson

4 Great Grandchildren: Joseph Thomas Wood, David Brian Kurtz, Michael Phillip Geris, and Garrison Levi Wells

Rev. Mike Roberts and Rev. Ford McKenzie will conduct funeral services on Wednesday May 26th at 1:00 pm at Wilson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Yatesville Memorial Gardens at Louisa, Ky.

Friends may call after 6:00 pm Tuesday at Wilson Funeral Home.

I'm Larry Caldwell's first wife, and mother of Larry's son, Stacy Caldwell. Beatrice was such a sweet, wonderful person. She was so very pretty, and always such a lady. She will be missed by all who knew her. Please accept my deepest sympathy. Sincerely, Vongia (Caldwell) Ramey
