
Elmer L. Frazier age 70 of Louisa, Ky. passed away Friday December 10th at his home.
Elmer was born April 29, 1934 at Wayne County W. Va. the son of the late Owen and Vadie Thompson Frazier. He was a barber, former school teacher, and businessman, served in the United States Navy and a member of the Odd Fellows Lodge.
Survivors include his wife Janice O’Brian Frazier. Four Daughters Estella and Kenneth Frazier, Linda and Kenny Salyers, Rita and Bobby Rose, and Rosie Frazier. A Son Johnathan Lynn and Patricia Frazier, Six Sisters Pearlene Britton, Mavis Thompson, Mildred Stricker, Herma Bond, Jessie Campbell, and Juanita Cart and a Brother Mindard Frazier. Seven Grandchildren Kenneth Frazier Jr. and Angie, David Frazier and Amanda, Jessica Wolford and Warren, Kristina Salyers,Chad Rose, Latosha Rose, and Ashley Frazier. Three Great Grandchildren Chandler Frazier, Chelsey Frazier, and Landon Frazier.
Funeral services will be conducted on Monday December 13th at 2:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home by Rev. Tom Kitts and Rev. Mack Ray Cyrus. Burial will follow in the Frazier Cemetery at Chapel Road Louisa, Kentucky.
