Myrtle Reynolds Collins Slone age 82 of Slone Farm Road Catlettsburg, Ky. passed away on Sunday June 4, 2006 at the Community Hospice in Ashland, Ky.
Myrtle was born March 31,1924 in Pike County Kentucky the daughter of the late Samuel L. and Callia Belcher Reynolds. She was a homemaker and member of the Baker Branch Freewill Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by a son: Michael Duane Collins
Funeral services were conducted on Wednesday June 7th at 2:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home by Rev. Hubert Slone. Burial followed in the Yatesville Memorial Gardens at Louisa, Ky.
