Survivors in addition to her parents are: Maternal Grandparents, Randy and Debbie Waugh Maternal Grandparents: Frances and Vince Silvestri Paternal Grandparents: Lowell B. and Kay Maynard 2 Sisters: Kristin Nichole Maynard and Autumn Nichole Maynard A Brother: Corey Michael Maynard Graveside services were conducted on Sunday June 3rd at the Maynard Cemetery Louisa, Ky. by Rev. John May. Burial followed in the Maynard Cemetery.
