David Russell Miller Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1929 - 2007 David Russell Miller age 78 of Louisa, Ky. passed away on July 17, 2007 at Kings Daughters Medical Center following a brief illness. David was born April 19, 1929 in Louisa, Ky., the son of the late Henry and Dovie Bryant Miller. He was a retired heavy equipment operator and loved to farm. He also was a member of the Greenhill F & AM Masonic Lodge and attended the Catalpa FWB Church. Survivors include: His wife Norma Williams Miller 2 Step Sons: John and James Thompson A Sister: Kitty Carroll and Several nieces and nephews Funeral services were conducted on Friday July 20th at the Wilson Funeral Home by Rev. Jamie Thornsberry. Burial followed in the Lockwood Cemetery at Catlettsburg, Kentucky.
