James David Lewis 51 of Rt. 2 Louisa, Ky. passed away Saturday January 18th at Three Rivers Medical Center ER following a sudden illnes. David was born July 4, 1951 in Johnson County Ky. the son of the late Mitchell and Mabel Lemaster Lewis. He was a retired heavy equipment operator.

3 Sisters: Judith Blair, Betty Ginter, and Joy Audas
3 Brothers: Hillary G. Lewis, Joe Lewis, and Jeffrey L. Lewis.
4 Grandchildren: Kyle David, Kayla Renea, Malachi Abe, and Mason Windell

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday January 21st at 2:00 pm at Wilson Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Boyd Family Cemetery at Route #2 Louisa, Ky. Friend may call after 4:00 pm Monday January 20th at Wilson Funeral Home.
