Ryan Chad Hayes II, infant son of Ryan C. and Kayla Carroll Hayes went to be with his Heavenly Father on Monday evening October 22nd. Ryan was born August 14, 2007 at the Three Rivers Medical Center Louisa.
In addition to his parents, Ryan is survived by his Maternal Grandparents, Jeff and Tammy Carroll, Paternal Grandparents Lowell Jr. and Cheryl Hayes, Paternal Grandmother Anita Anderson, Maternal Great Grandmother Pearl Horn, Paternal Great Grandparents Gene and Pauline Hayes, Paternal Great Grandmother Wanda Graves, Uncle Jeffrey Carroll and Several Uncles and Aunts.
Funeral services were conducted at 2:00 pm Thursday October 25th at the Wilson Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Graves Cemetery at Georges Creek, Kentucky.
