Okie Vanover Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1915 - 2007 Okie Vanover 92 of Blaine, Ky. went to be with the Lord on Wednesday December 12th. Okie was born on May 23, 1915 in Lawrence County Kentucky, the son of the late Ace and Nancy Scaggs Vanover. He was a laborer and of the Baptist Faith. He is survived by: 6 Daughters: Bonnie Davis, Sally Wright, Patty Kazee, Peggy Cantrell, Effie May Perry, and Norma Ann McDavid 3 Sons: Charles R., Ace, and James Charles “Bub” Vanover A Brother: Virgil Vanover 15 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Ralph Cordle and Rev. Mike Sparks on Friday December 14th at noon at the Wilson Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Terryville Cemetery at Terryville, Kentucky.
