Robert Lee Smith 67 of Louisa, died early Sunday Morning at his home. Robert was born September 26, 1940 and was the son of the late Bill Smith and the late Julie Runyons Smith. Preceding him in death were 3 sisters and 3 brothers; Opal Meade, Beatrice Fitchpatrick, Margie McKinney, Johnny Smith, Bill Smith Jr. and James Smith.
Survivors include wife Linda L. Clark Smith, Son Gregory Lee Smith of Louisa, 3 daughters Debra Lynn Marcum of Louisa, Angela Kay Preece and Michael Preece of Lowmansville, Robin Annette Maynard and Eddie Maynard Sr. of Louisa. Survivors also include mother June Smith of Inez, 4 Brothers David Smith of Inez, Glenn Smith of Louisville, Jed Smith of Inez, and Paul Smith of Louisa, 3 Sisters Linda Cox of Inez, Peggy Williamson of Inez, and Tammy Sloan of Ohio. Robert had 9 Grandchildren, Todd Marcum, Anthony Marcum, Robert Marcum, Alisha Luster, Shawn Marcum, Derek Hinkle, Brittany Preece, Eddie Joe Maynard Jr. and Corey Maynard. Robert also had 10 Great Grandchilden and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted by Pastors James Maynard and Cotton Maynard at 1:00 pm Tuesday January 15th at the Wilson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Maynard Cemetery at Route 645 Louisa, Kentucky. Friends may call after 4:00 pm Monday at Wilson Funeral Home.
