Betty S. West Betty S. West 61 of Louisa, Kentucky went to be with the Lord on Friday February 1, 2008. Betty was born October 14, 1946 at Pikeville, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Corbitt and Myrtle Thacker Adams. In addition to her parents a brother Carl Adams preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and of the Christian Faith.

Survivors include her husband Edgar W. West of Louisa, a daughter Diana S. Branham also of Louisa, two sons and daughters-in-laws William Leroy and Christine Adams of Oakwood, Ohio and Ricky L. and Tabitha Branham of Payne, Ohio; two step sons and wives Brian and Christy West of London, Ohio and Edgar and Jenny West of Dayton, Ohio, two sisters Mary Lou Cartwright of Florida and Lois Ann Tabor of Louisa, two brothers Elmer Adams of Louisville, Kentucky and Buster Adams of Louisa, nine grandchildren Rodney, Doug, Tara, Robby, Jacob, Paige, Kayla, David, and Joseph.

Rev. Edwin Harper will conduct funeral services on Tuesday February 5th at 2:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Yatesville Memorial Gardens Louisa, Kentucky. Friends may call from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm Monday at Wilson Funeral Home.

Dear Wayne, We are so sorry to hear about Betty's passing. We did not know until late today (Feb. 6) or we would have been there. Betty was such a nice lady and I enjoyed the times we spent laughing and talking at the flea market. Those are good memories we won't forget.
