Bennie Lee Hall 70 of Louisa, Ky. passed away Friday April 18th at his home.
Bennie was born July 23, 1937 at Louisa, the son of Mary Jane Varney Hall and the late James Hall. He was a retired Janitorial Service employee.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife Gwendolyn Preece Hall, 3 Sons Bennie Hall Jr. (Colleen), James Douglas Hall (Faith), and Robert Anthony, 5 Sisters Faye Preece, Maudie Lucas, Ann Frazier, Rita Sibley, and Alma Hall, 2 Brothers Robert Lincoln Hall and William Douglas Hall, 6 Grandchildren Benjamin, Lauren, Tommy, Jessica, Anthony, and Quinn.
Funeral services will be conducted on Monday April 21st at 11:00 am at the Wilson Funeral Home by Rev. Lincoln Varney. Burial will follow in the Preece Cemetery at Louisa. Friends may call after 4:00 pm Sunday at the Wilson Funeral Home.

I"m Free
Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free I'm following the path God laid for me, I took His hand when I heard Him call I turned my back and left it all. I could nog stay antoher day to laugh, to love, to work or play. Tasks left undone must stay that way. I found that place at the close of day. If my parting has left a void then fill it with remembered joy. A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss ah yes, these things, I too, will miss. Be not burdened with times of sorrow I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow, my life's been full, I savored much. Good friends, good times, aloved one's tourch. Pershaps my time seemed all to brief; don't lengthen it now with undue grief. Lift up your heart and share with me. God wanted me now, HE set me free.

I am very sorry for the loss of your husband and father. I have known Mr. Hall all of my life and he will be missed. I also lost my mother May 18,2007. It has been difficult. My love goes out to all of you. Please know my prayers are with you all.Dawn

Bennie will be sadly missed by all the staff in our office. He was always patient and kind and willing to joke with us. The memory of his smile will light our hearts for a long time.
