Dorothy Wurts 92 of Louisa passed away on Wednesday September 3, 2008.
Dorothy was born in Boyd County Ky. on March 2, 1916, a daughter of the late Austin and Sarah Greene. She was a homemaker. She was also preceded in death by her husband William L. Wurts.
Survivors include a daughter Norma Hunt and a son Billy Lee Wurts, 5 Grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren.
Graveside services were conducted at the Peck Cemetery at Chapman, Ky. at 1:00 pm Saturday. Burial followed in the Peck Cemetery.

Billy Lee, Norma, BJ and the entire family, you have my sincere and deep sadness on the loss of Dorothy. She was a special lady and though I hadn't seen her in many years, I still have photos of her holding BJ as a baby and her obivous happiness showed on her face. I know the last few years have been hard, and that she is at peace now. Sincerely, Teresa
