Scofield Davis Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1935 - 2008 Scofield Davis 72 of Lowmansville, KY went to be with the Lord on Friday October 10, 2008. Scofield was born November 3, 1935 at Ulysses, KY, the son of the late Burns and Okie Young Davis. He was a farmer and of the Baptist Faith. Survivors include 4 sisters Barbara Cundiff, Helen Schmid, and Patsy Black all of Columbus, Ohio, and Betty Crana of Naples, Florida, two brothers Curtis Davis of Springfield, Ohio and Willis Davis of Louisa, Kentucky. Several nieces and Nephews. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday October 13th at 11:00 am at the Walnut Grove FWB Church by Rev. Jimmy Vanhoose and Rev. Jimmy Bevins. Burial will follow in the Young Cemetery at Lowmansville, KY. Friends may call after 3:00 pm Sunday at Wilson Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to Community Hospice.

I remember Scofield when I was growing up in Lowmansville. He was a kind and gentle man. His parents were great people.
