Amanda Amanda Mandy Frazier 32 of Louisa, Kentucky passed away Saturday November 8th at Kings Daughters Medical Center.

Mandy was born April 9, 1976 in Louisa, Kentucky, the daughter of Thomas Frazier and Colin Johnson Sparks. She was a social worker and member of the First Baptist Church of Louisa.

Survivors include her father Thomas (Donna) Frazier of Staffordsville, Kentucky, mother Colin (Bill John) Sparks of Louisa, Kentucky, Maternal Grandmother Goldie Johnson of Louisa, Kentucky, four sisters Jennifer (Greg) Burke of Lexington, Kentucky, Amy (Mike) McQuinn of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, Carrie (Brent) Pack of Louisa, Kentucky and Elizabeth (David) Hodges of Pikeville, Kentucky; two brothers Matthew Frazier of Staffordsville, Kentucky and Jim (Amy) Sparks of Louisa, Kentucky.

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Ric Frazier on Tuesday November 11th at 11:00 am at the First Baptist Church Louisa. Burial followed in the Greenlawn Cemetery at Louisa, Kentucky.

In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the Gideons International for placement of Bibles.

I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Amanda's passing. I haven't seen her in a few years and I am sorry that I didn't make more of an effort to get in touch with her. I offer my sincerest condolences to her family and friends and know that you have all been in my prayers.

I will miss Mandy so much. I enjoyed our talks and her laughter she will forever have a very special place in my heart. She was a beautiful testimony as proven by how many people attended the service. I'm so thankful I knew her and proud to call her my friend.
