Alice Salmons Prichard Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1902 - 2008 Alice Salmons Prichard 106 of Louisa, Kentucky passed away Thursday December 25, 2008 following a brief illness. Alice was the oldest resident of Lawrence County at the time of her death. She was born July 28, 1902 on Yellow Creek in Lawrence County, the daughter of the late Roland and Rhoda Wooten Salmons. She was a homemaker and lifelong member of the United Baptist Church. Survivors include a daughter Charlene Pack of Louisa, Ky., two sons Charley M. Prichard Jr. of Louisa, Ky. and Bill Marshall Prichard of North Tonwanda, NY, 23 Grandchildren, several Great Grandchildren and several Great Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three daughters Josephine, Arlene Ruth, and Alice Marie, and four sons Willis, Roland, Tom, and Kent. Roland passed away also on December 25, 2008. Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Doug Kelly on Tuesday December 30th at 1:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery at Louisa. Friends may call from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm Monday December 29th at Wilson Funeral Home.

my sympathy in your loss of Aunt Alice, may she rest in peace. I have fond memories of visiting her when I was a child with my mother (Ruth B Ferguson-Moore daughter of Anna Bartram). My heart and prayers go out to your family at this time.
