Norma Jean Ratliff Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1929 - 2009 Norma Jean Ratliff 79 of Louisa passed away Tuesday February 24, 2009 at her home. Norma was born May 18, 1929 in Lawrence County, the daughter of the late Kelly and Mary Marshall Robinett. She was a retired hospital cook. Survivors include two sons James and Debbie Ratliff and Kenneth and Linda Ratliff, three grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter Debbie Ratliff and son David Ratilff
