Kathy Jackson 52 passed away Saturday April 18, 2009 at her home. Kathy was born August 7, 1956 at Martin County Kentucky, the daughter of the late Freddie and Ivel Bowen Johnson. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter Amanda Nichole Jackson, two brothers Terry and Wendell Johnson, and a sister Estaline Jude. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include a daughter Tonya Jackson Caldwell, five sisters Patricia Pope, Darlene Dials, Josephine Boyd, Charlene Marcum, and Loretha Smith; three brothers Doug Johnson, Ronnie Johnson, and Freddie Johnson Jr.; three grandchildren Kayla Nichole Collins, Jackson Gage Caldwell, and Alex Trenton Caldwell.
Funeral services were conducted by Bro. Bromley Marcum on Wednesday April 22nd at 2:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Jackson Family Cemetery at Fort Gay, WV.
