Taletha Faye Osborne Bates 57 of Blaine, Kentucky passed away Sunday May 31, 2009 at Caines Creek.
Taletha was born October 20, 1951 at Blaine, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Hubert and Sylvia Sparks Osborne. She was also preceded in death by her husband Willard C. Bates who died in 1987. She was a homemaker and of the Freewill Baptist Faith.
Survivors include a daughter Geneva Ann Bates of Blaine, Ky., three half sisters Brenda Slone, Patsy Arrington both of Blaine, Ky., and Ella Sue Ratliff of Louisa, Ky., three brothers Milton and Raymond Osborne both of Blaine, Ky., and Jerry Osborne of Summitt, Ky., a half brother Harold Osborne of Blaine, Ky. She was preceded in death by a daughter Virginia Dawn Osborne.
Funeral services will be conducted by Revs. Jonathan King, Rodney King, and Ford McKenzie on Wednesday June 3rd at 10:00 am at the Caines Creek FWB Church. Burial will follow in the Laurel Cemetery at Blaine, Kentucky.
