Hope Cook Meeks

Hope Cook Meeks 78 of Louisa went to be with our Lord on Tuesday July 7, 2009. She was preceded in death by both parents Wallace and Mella Rowe Bowling, two brothers Homer Bowling and Lawrence (Helen) Bowling, also one sister Gladys (Elmer Jay) Henson. She also lost one son Harold Wallace (Wanda) Cook. She is survived by two daughters and one son, Debra (Curt) Earle, Mary (Cecil) Price both of Louisa, and Tony Lee (Michalann) Cook of Cannelburg, Indiania.

She is survived by three sisters Virginia (Lonnie) Thompson of Westwood, KY, Irene Miller of Flatwoods, KY and Hazel (Morton) Carter of Waterford, Michigan. Five grandchildren Gary Smith Jr. of Rome, GA, Cherokee (Nicole) Smith of Nicholasville, KY, C. J. (Levi) Earle of Louisa, Tracey Cook of Montgomery, IN, and Travis Price of Louisa, Four Granddaughters Crystal (Brian) Castle, Lisa May, Samantha Cook all of Louisa and Brandi Sams of Pineville, LA. She is also leaving behind twelve great grandchildren. She will be sadly missed.

Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Willie Gene Hayes on Friday July 10th at 2:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery at Louisa, Kentucky.

Dear cousins, I share your loss and wish I could have been there for each and everyone of you. Travel at this time just wasn't possible for a trip down. I have great memories of my Aunt Hope and she will always be in my heart. Much love to you all... Eve
