Ruby C. Berry, age 79, of Ostrander, Ohio, died Monday July 20, 2009 in Riverside Methodist Hospital
She was born December 5, 1929, in Louisa, KY to the late John and Dorothy (Cyrus) Martin. She attended First Freewill Baptist Church for many years and was a member of the Ostrander Senior Citzens. Ruby was a devout Christian and caregiver and especially loved caring for her grandchildren. She was an avid bowler for 44 years.
She is survived by two daughters, Brenda (Tony) Bond, Dottie (John) Fairchild; four grandchildren, Jennifer Lenihan, James (Stephanie) Fairchild, Erin Bond and Susan Bond; two great-grandchildren, Alex and Laura Fairchild.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Bascom Berry in March 1993.
Funeral services were conducted by Pastor Bill Muncy on Thursday July 23rd at 1:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Cyrus Cemetery at Louisa, Kentucky.
