Bradley Foch Blackburn 54 of Mattie Road Louisa, passed away on Saturday December 5, 2009 at the Hospice Care Center in Ashland, KY.
Bradley was born January 13, 1955 at Inez, Kentucky, the son of the late Herman and Virdie Hunt Blackburn. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death also by a brother Darwin Henry Blackburn.
Survivors include his wife Cheryl McKinley Blackburn, three step daughters Amanda L. Reynolds, Shawnda D. Rodano, and Jennifer A. Cooper, a step son Kenneth J. McKay Jr., a adopted grandson James A. McKay, two sisters Pauline Workman and Donna Sue Pratt, five brothers Glen Edward, Emmerson Lee, Bobby Gene, Roy Joe, and William Allen Blackburn, ten grandchildren and a great grand daughter.
A memorial service was held by Rev. Jim Smedley on Monday December 7th at 3:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home.
