Phillip Thomas Moore 55 of Charley, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday December 9, 2009 at Charley.

Phillip was born September 1, 1954 at Louisa, KY., the son of the late Henry Lee and Eula Deboard Moore. He was a carpenter and coal miner.

Survivors include two daughters Amanda Jane Moore and Heather Ann Black; three sons Dwight, Thomas, and Christopher Moore, a sister Barbara Tackett, a brother Michael Moore, and three grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Ronnie Childers on Sunday December 13th at 2:00 pm at the Spencer FWB Church. Burial followed in the Judd Cemetery at Charley, Kentucky.
