Elizabeth Ann Phillips Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1949 - 2010 Elizabeth Ann Phillips,age 60 of Jacksboro, TN, passed away on Wednesday April 21, 2010 at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. Elizabeth was born in Lowmansville, KY on Dec. 8, 1949 to the late Hercie and Verna Davis VanHoose. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Kelly VanHoose. She is survived by: Sons: Patrick Phillips and wife Jayme of Corryton < James Carter Phillips of Oak Ridge Daughters: Verna Ann Phillips of Lafollette Janet Sue Delacruz and husband Jose of Lafollette Graveside funeral services will be conducted on Sunday April 25th at 2:00 pm at the VanHoose Cemetery at Lowmansville, KY.
