Betty Jo Rice Blair 69 of Louisa went to be with her Lord on Friday May 28, 2010.
Betty was born March 16, 1941 at Wittensville, KY, the daughter of the late Charlie and Wannie Osborne Rice. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include four daughters Sherri Ison of Louisa, Gena Goble of Rush, KY, Tisha Noe and Susan Blair both of Ashland, KY; three brothers Charley Rice of Wittensville, Ky, Wilbur and Tim Rice both of Ohio, nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Jim Bevins on Sunday May 30th at 3:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Yatesville Memorial Gardens at Louisa. |

I am so sorry to hear of Betty's passing. She was a founding member of our Quilt Guild that made our guild survive. She did excellent hand quilting. Her work is displayed at Lawrence County Ky Extension Office. We will sadly miss her.
