Freelin  Pack Freelin Pack of Louisa passed away Sunday September 5th at Cabell Huntington Hospital.

Freelin was born April 30, 1931 at Webb, WV the son of the late Acie and Eliza Marcum Pack. He was a retired machine operator for the Norfolk and Western Railroad and a member of the Louisa Free Will Baptist Church. In additon to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Edith Boyce Pack who died in 2001, a son Larry Pack, a granddaughter Vanessa OBrien, three brothers Ova, Harlon, and Glen Bo Pack, three sisters Shelvie Crum, Wanda Hanshaw, Rhoda Hamilton.

Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law Rita and Dale OBrien of Louisa; three sons Jason and daughter-in-law Debra Pack, Gene Allen Pack, and Kenneth Pack all of Louisa; two sisters Bertha and husband Jess Savage and Linda Lou Pack all of Louisa, three brothers Ted and wife Margaret Pack, Arthur Pack, and Melvin Pack also of Louisa; six grandchildren Gene Pack Jr., Timothy Larry Pack, Rachel Marie Pack, Carrie Jo Prince, Kenny Pack Jr. and Ethan Freelin Pack; five great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Larry Sparks on Wednesday September 8th at 12 noon at Wilson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery at Louisa. Friends may call after 5:00 pm Tuesday at Wilson Funeral Home.

I am so sorry for your loss. Freelin and Edith are a part of my memories at the Freewill Baptist Church. They both stood by my Dad,Arlie B. through good times and bad. Your family are in my prayers. Now that your mom and dad are smiling together now watching over you.
