1932 - 2010
 Elsie I. Perry, age 78, passed away October 14, 2010 at Mt. Carmel West Hospital. She was born May 8, 1932 at Kermit, WV to the late U.G. and Mary K. Marcum. She was also preceded in death by her husband Arthur Perry in 2001, a sister and two brothers. She is survived by a son Arthur G. (Barbara) Perry, a daughter Lana G. (Truman) Salyers, four grandchildren, ten great grandchildren. Elsie is also survived by several nieces and nephews including her loving niece Gladys Diamond who was like a daughter. Also special niece and nephew Joyce (Lewis) Buzzard and James (Letha) Horne. Elsie was a faithful member of North Free Will Baptist Church and was a volunteer at Gillies Senior Center. Friends may call Saturday from 5-8 PM at SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL, 5554 Karl Rd. and Sun 5-8 PM at Smokey Valley Enterprise Baptist Church, Louisa, KY where a funeral service will be held Monday at 11 AM with Rev. Bill Chadwick officiating. Local arrangements are under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home.
