Hazelene Evans Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1961 - 2010 Hazelene (Hammonds) Evans 49 of Louisa passed away on Monday October 25th, 2010. Hazelene was born October 11th, 1961 in Louisa, KY, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Mary (Whitt) Hammonds. Hazelene was a Homemaker. Survivors include her Husband Cecil Evans of Louisa, Three Sons Cecil Evans Jr. of Louisa, Thomas J. Evans of Louisa, Ralph Justin Evans of Louisa, Three Brothers Matthew Hammonds of Louisa, Ronnie Hammonds of Louisa, Michael Hammonds of Greenup, Ky., and One Granddaughter Cloey Makel Evans. Funeral services were conducted on Thursday October 28th at 11:00 am at the Concord United Baptist Church by Bro. Mike Horn. Burial followed at the Evans Cemetery Louisa, KY.
