Josephine Boyd 57 of Louisa, Kentucky passed away Sunday, February 6th, 2011 at her home.
Josephine was born January 16th, 1954., the daughter of the late Freddie and Ivel Johnson. She was a homemaker and a member of the Emily Northrup Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include Husband Glen Boyd of Louisa, one daughter Michelle (Payton) Pelphrey of Lexington, Ky, one son Glen Dale Boyd of Louisa, six sisters Patricia Pope of Ashland, Ky, Darlene Jude of Columbus, Oh, Charlene Muncy of Inez, Ky, Loretha Smith of Columbus, Oh, Sandy Johnson of Columbus, Oh, Melinda Johnson of Columbus, Oh, two brothers Ronnie Johnson of Inez, Doug Johnson of Inez and one grand daughter Bella Shaes Pelphrey.
Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Chuck Price at 2:00 Wednesday, February 9th, 2011 at Wilson Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Yatesville Memorial Gardens Louisa. Friends may call after 3:00 pm Tuesday at Wilson Funeral Home.
