Jason Matthew Gilpin Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1985 - 2011 Jason Matthew Gilpin 26 of Louisa, KY passed away Saturday July 30, 2011. Jason was born Feb. 3, 1985 at Huntington, WV, the son of Rickie Gilpin and Frances Preston Smith. He was a Mason Helper. Survivors include his mother Frances Preston Smith, step father Ronald Smith both of Louisa, daughter Lacey Lynae Gilpin of Fort Gay, WV; father Rickie Gilpin of Louisa; brother Ricky Gilpin of Edgewater, Florida; sister Anna Gilpin of Kenova, WV; step brother Johnny Smith of Louisa; step sister Brenda Smith of Louisa; nephew Chase Gilpin and niece Alexis Jordan. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday August 4th at 11:00 am at the Wilson Funeral Home by Rev. Ronnie Childers. Burial will follow in the Gilpin Cemetery at Louisa, KY. Friends may call after 4:00 pm Wednesday at Wilson Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made to www.timeformemory.com/wilson

I knew Jason for almost 6 yrs...but Larry grew up with him and he was one of Larry best friends..and we have great memories of him...he was such a great person/friend and always tried to lend a helping hand when he could...he we be missed by many...Love, Martha & Larry

I am so sorry about Jason. He was a good person with a good heart, he was my first love and one of my best friends and I will never ever forget him. I have so many memories with Jason. me & my husband knew Jason for 4 yrs!! he was a great guy & a great dad to his little girl.he was a funny guy to talk to.me & my family will miss him so much.he was like a son to me & my husband.our heart goes out to his mom & dad,step dad & his little girl Lacey who he luved so much & she luved her dad as much.he will alway's be in our heart's & he will never be forgotten.( rip Jason we luv & miss ya)Sofa L & James Robertson)Kenova WV )
