Stephanie Ann Adkins Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1951 - 2011 Stephanie Ann Adkins 60 of Fort Gay, WV went to be with her Lord on Monday September 5, 2011 following a long illness. Stephanie was born in Louisa, Kentucky on April 23, 1951, the daughter of the late Grover and Sara Ruth Billups Adkins. She was a retired graphic artist. In addition to her parents Stephanie was preceded in death by a sister Mattie Theda Adkins and brother Grover D. Adkins. Survivors include two sisters Mary Ellen Reid of Louisa, and Justina Simbyl Taylor of Baltimore, Maryland; a brother Karl Justin Adkins also of Louisa; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday Sept. 8th at 11:00 am at the Wilson Funeral Home by Rev. Mack Ray Cyrus. Burial will follow in the Fort Gay Cemetery, Fort Gay, WV. Friends may call after 6:00 pm Wednesday at the Wilson Funeral Home. A Memorial service held by the Louisa Chapter of the DAR will be conducted at 7:30 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.

Stephanie will be greatly missed. She was a wonderful person. My prayers are going out for all of you. I loved her very much.
