Teresa Ann Parker Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1965 - 2011 Teresa Ann Parker 46 of Blaine, KY passed away Monday Dec. 5, 2011 at her home following a long illness. Teresa was born on Sept. 16, 1965 at Blaine, the daughter of Arthur and Barbara Gene Ward. She was a restaurant employee and also worked at the Paintsville Food City. Survivors include her husband of 31 years Bobby Parker, a son Robert Parker, two daughters Jessica Shook and Stephanie Parker, six Grandchildren

Following Teresa Ann Parkers death my life world was changed completely. Almost 9 years later the pain from losing her has not decreased but gradually increases every day. I love and miss her, miss my Best Friend. She was, "My Mother Teresa" and will always be in my heart and memories. I will always love you Mom and I thank you and Dad(Bobby Parker) so much for giving me life.
