James Tazzel Adams, age 60, of Louisa, died Monday, February 20, 2012 at Sunset Nursing Center of Coal Grove, OH. James was born April 16, 1951 in Inez, KY. He is the son of the late James and the late Alpha (Jude) Adams.
He was a Coal Miner.
He is survived by two daughters: Jessica Penny Marcum of Louisa, KY, Alpha Adams of Dayton, OH and one son: James Lee Adams of Louisa, KY; daughter-in-law, Cassie Adams of Louisa, KY; son-in-law, Kennedy Marcum Jr. of Louisa, KY. and his
ex-wife of 22 years Ruth Ellen Sparks.
The funeral was held 11:00 am on Thursday, February 23, 2012 at Webb Chapel Church, Webbville, KY with Rev. Ralph Hogston officiating. Burial followed in the Shady Grove Cemetery, Webbville, KY.
Arrangements were under the care of Wilson Funeral Home.
