Joe, ol' buddy, very sorry to miss your funeral. You were a friend of our family - especially Jurl's - for many decades. We all miss you and grieve your passing. Rest well.

You are certainly going to missed by many. Your love and devotion to Aunt Patty has been a blessing to us as she became unable to care for herself. Rest easy Uncle Joe.

Dear Mattie, I know you don't remember me you were just a little girl last time I saw you.But your Dad was my Dad's bestman and Shirley was my Mother's maid of honor and my Grandfather was an officer with Joe his name was Pat Pattillo.Any way I was so sorry to hear about his passing our parents were together all the time playing dominoes and carda on the weekends. I wanted to share a funny story about your Dad with you.We had gone out of town for a weekend and Joe came over to cxheck on our house,we had a retired police dog at the time and he new Joe as well as he new us but for some reason he let Joe on the porch but then wouldn't let him off. When we got home 2 days later Joe was still setting on our porch. It was something that they always laughed about and I get a smile when I think of the look on Joe's face when we drove up.I just wanted to share my memory of Joe with you and hopefully it'll give you a little smile.I'll miss him I love him and Shirley still.Take care of yourself.
