William Edward White
FRANKLIN FURNACE-William Edward White, 74, of Franklin Furnace passed away Thursday, September 16, 2021 at SOMC in Portsmouth. William (Ed) was born March 1, 1947 in New Boston, Ohio to the late William Elbert (Bill) White and PearlDean White. He was a graduate of New Boston High School and attended Indian River Junior College. Ed was a veteran of Vietnam serving in the Army. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Donna Spriggs and a brother, Jim White. He is survived by his wife, Carol Ann White; a son, William (Patrick) White; a brother, Benny Joe White; a sister, Teri Hysell; a granddaughter, Kaia Mae White and a brother-in-law, John Spriggs. His love of time outdoors, fishing and laughing around a fire lives on in those he left behind.
