Lanny Edwin Harding
LEESBURG, FL-Lanny Edwin Harding, 81, of Leesburg, FL passed away Saturday, January 22, 2022 at his home. Lanny was born June 26, 1940 in New Boston, OH to the late Theodore Harding and Mildred Mowery Harding. Lanny was a graduate of Glenwood High School and was self-employed and owner of Lan-Communications. He had also worked at Shorty’s Barber Shop in New Boston and he loved to fish for Bass. In addition to his parents, Lanny was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Harding. Lanny is survived by his wife, Gloria Jean Harris Harding whom he married July 19, 1969 in Greenup, KY. Also surviving are his children, Lana Clark (Chris), Ty Harding, Tracy Harding-Myers (Jim) and Casey Harding (Mason Crabtree); a brother, Phillip (Denice) Harding; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Services for Lanny will be 1:00 pm Friday, January 28, 2022 at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg. Interment will be in Memorial Burial Park.
