Linda “Sue” Lang
WHEELERSBURG-Linda “Sue” Lang, 74, of Wheelersburg passed away Sunday, April 24, 2022 at Best Care Health Center in Wheelersburg. Sue was born January 22, 1948 in Sciotoville to the late Charles Imes and Loretta Bailey Imes. Sue was retired from SOMC as a Radiation Therapist and she was a member of St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church. In addition to her parents Sue was preceded in death by her husband, Simon Donal “Don” Lang whom she married April 26, 1969. Sue is survived by a son, Eric (Kimberly) Lang; a sister, Sharon Meagers, (Pete Redman); brother-in-law, Robert (Debbie) Lang; sisters-in-law, Ruth Ann Braver, Nancy Cottle, Rita (Tom) Petersen and Theresa (Guy) Leake; three grandchildren, Tyler (Melanie) Lang, Madison, (Chris Flowers), Rileigh Lang and a great grandson, Beckett Flowers. Sue loved her grandchildren and enjoyed watching them in school concerts, plays and many ballgames. Services for Sue will be 11:00 am Monday, May 2, 2022 at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg. Interment will be in St. Peter Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 5:00-7:00 pm Sunday, May 1, 2022 and one hour before the 11:00 am service at the funeral home on Monday.
