Paul Dale Kirkendall
WHEELERSBURG-Paul Dale Kirkendall, 74, of Wheelersburg passed away Sunday, July 17, 2022 in Portsmouth at SOMC-ER. Paul was born June 7, 1948 in Portsmouth to the late Bert Kirkendall and Levanna Bloomfield Kirkendall. Paul had an Associate Degree and was a member of IBEW 575 with 40 years service, as an Electrician, with employment at Aristech Chemical, Sunoco and the A-Plant. He also volunteered for Porter Rescue Squad for 20 plus years. In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by a sister, Jean L. smith and a brother-in-law, Ralph. Paul is survived by his wife, Nancy Stephens Kirkendall, whom he married December 13, 1968 in Nashville, TN. He is also survived by two sons, Jeff (April) Kirkendall and Chris (Kelly) Kirkendall and a daughter, Mandy (Mark); seven grandchildren, Michael, Zach, Cass, Caleb, Collin, Carly, Cortney; seven great grandchildren and several brothers and sisters-in-law.
Services for Paul will be 1:00 pm Friday, July 22, 2022 at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg with Pastor Zach Conkel officiating. Interment will be in Scioto Burial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 11:00 am Friday, until the 1:00 pm service. Condolences to the family may be made at www.harrison-pyles.com.
