Neal Cullen Purtee
WHEELERSBURG-Neal Cullen Purtee, 76, of Wheelersburg, passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at his home. Neal was born December 5, 1945 in Portsmouth to the late Cullen Wendell Purtee and Dorothy Kirschner Purtee. Neal had an Associate Degree and was self-employed as an Auto Mechanic. He was a member of the Ohio River Street Rodders and a U. S. Army Vietnam Veteran and he was of the Baptist faith. Neal is survived by his wife, Nancy Frazier Purtee, whom he married August 21, 1965 in Wheelersburg. He is also survived by a son, Corey (Theresa) Purtee and two grandchildren, Patrick and Delaney Purtee.
