Bristol Rafalowski, 3, of Wheelersburg passed away Thursday, July 17, 2025 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. She was born March 31, 2022 in Portsmouth, a daughter of Terry, Jr. and Thea Marie (Culver) Rafalowski.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by one brother, Brennan Rafalowski; three sisters, Kierra Rafalowski, Kylie Rafalowski, Benzleigh Rafalowski; her aunts and uncles, Janet Twinam, Tracie Carver, Holley & Steven Weiss, John Culver, Jr., Jonathan Culver; special cousins, Ashley Carver, Branson Carver, and many other aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death her grandfather, John Culver, Sr.; her grandmother, Colleen Elizabeth Rafalowski, and an uncle, Michael Lee Rafalowski.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at Harrison-Pyles Funral Home in Wheelersburg with Pastor Carl Distel officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Franklin Furnace. Visitation will be Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. prior to the funeral.
