Florence Louise Finley, age 84, of Crown City, died Saturday April 14, 2007 at Mt. Carmel West Hospital in Columbus. Born July 27, 1922 in Gallia County, she was the daughter of the late Palmer and Myrtle Mooney Fisher. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband, Elwin ‘Link’ Finley who she married April 14, 1940 and who preceded her on June 6, 2000, by 3 sons, Gary, Larry and Derry Finley, by 4 brothers, Jack, Dell, Bill, and Noel Fisher, and by a sister, Nancy Fisher.
Louise was a homemaker.
She is survived by:
1 Daughter: Brenda Kettell of Grove City
3 Grandchildren: Tracey Fouch, Jeff Finley, and Andrew Kettell.
3 Great Grandchildren: Baylee, Tyler, and Declan.
1 Sister: Ingrid Shockley of Anderson, CA.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM. Wednesday April 18, 2007 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Ridgelawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5-8 PM.
