1942 - 2023
Pete Richard Call, 80, of Huntington, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord on Monday, March 28, 2023. He was born July 31, 1942 in Hurricane, W.Va., a son of the late, Louie and Barbara Beaver Call. He is also preceded in death by one son, John Wesley Call and by one grandson, Justin Call. He is survived by his wife, Odessa McCallister Call; four sons, Leslie Call (Tammy), Jody Call (Margaret), Scottie Call (Gusty) and Steven Call (Lori Davis); five sisters, Juanita Cremeans, Wilma Rusk (Arnold), Joyce Collins, Phyllis Landis and Carolyn Trautmann; five brothers, Dennis Call (Joyce), Wayne Call (Faye), Johnny Call, Timmy Call (Chris) and Jackie Call; and 11 grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 1, 2023 at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton with Minister Danny Evans officiating. Burial will follow in the Hodges Cemetery, Hurricane.
