H. D. “Dave” Vititoe, 85, of Barboursville, WV, passed away September 18, 2024 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, September 23, 2024 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will be in Enon Cemetery, Salt Rock. He was born April 26, 1939, in Salt Rock, a son of the late Lee and Frances Johnson Vititoe. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Marlene Vititoe; two grandchildren, Charlie Allen and Ryan Joseph Vititoe; and one sister, Betty Chapman. He is survived by his daughter, Debbie Allen of Cincinnati; one son, Mark Vititoe of Barboursville; and three grandchildren, Duncan Allen, Cameron Allen and Erica Allison. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Huntington, P.O. Box 464, Huntington, WV, 25709.
