Raymond Curry Childers Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1931 - 2026 Raymond Curry Childers, 94, of Barboursville, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2026. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor Larry Skidmore. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. He was born April 11, 1931, in Huntington, a son of the late Calvin Edward Childers and Pearl Elizabeth Wentz Childers. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Childers and brother Vernon Childers. He is survived by his daughter, Belinda Bays (Rick) of Barboursville; son, Brian Childers (Dee) of Winfield; grandchildren, Heather Bird, Ty Bays (Amy), Nickie Null (Matt), and Isaiah Childers (Chelsi); great-grandchildren, Mariya (Ray), Mattison, Carter, and Chase; and great-great-grandchild, River. Visitation will be from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday prior to the service. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace.
