He was born on July 3, 1951 in Logan, WV, and he was the son of Thelma Mabry Justice and the late Curtis Justice.
Gary departed this life on November 19, 2002 at the Putnam General Hospital after a sudden illness.
He is survived additionally by his wife, Patty Belcher Justice, two daughters; Stacy of Huntington and Lori still at home, one brother; Roy Lee (Darlene) Justice of Justice Addition. Also surviving include several nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
