Ernest Lee Buddy Carroll, age 51 of Cherry Tree Addition past away; Sunday November 24, 2002 at Logan General Hospital. He was born on Sept. 28, 1951 in Chicago, Illinois and was the son of Isabella (Fortuna) Carroll and the late Irie (Bill) Carroll, Sr. of Cherry Tree. Buddy previously operated a automotive garage and worked in the family grocery store. He is survived by one sister, Pauline Carroll of Wayland, Massachusetts and two brothers; Irie Bill (Joan) Carroll, Jr. of Parkersburg, WV and Joe (Kathy) Carroll of Yuma, WV. He is also survived by four nieces and four nephews. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, November 27, 2002 at the Forest Lawn Cemetery at 1:00 PM with Rev. Ernie Conley. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to local charities. Honaker Funeral Home in Logan is in charge of services.
