Alice Adrienne Frazier, age 70, of Gallipolis, died Tuesday January 22, 2008 at her residence. Born March 28, 1937 in Lawrence County, she was the daughter of the late Don Hoover and Charlotte A. Justice Hoover. She is also preceded by a son Bruce Frazier.
Alice retired after 28 years from GKN formerly Federal Mogul in 1999. Her lifes crowning achievement was to be a loving, supportive, self sacrificing mother. She is the proud mother of son Greg Frazier of Gallipolis, a retired Gallipolis City Patrolman who now works at the Gallia County 911 Center. Mindy Allie her daughter of Gallipolis, who worked at the Medical Plaza for 30 yrs and now is employed at Pleasant Valley Hospital. They are the very essence of her nature and character. She was also an avid flower gardener. Thanks be to God, in his Mercy, she went Home in His arms.
She is also survived by 2 brothers Rex Hoover of Gallipolis, and Don Hoover of St. Augustine, FL., 1 sister Joann Canaday of Gallipolis and 1 Grandchild Alice Elizabeth Allie.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM. Friday January 25, 2008 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Fulton officiating. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery.
