John and I were in the 1st grade together at Oley and some classes later at HHS & Marshall.We played in the school bands and he was great playing the tuba.He was always a gentleman and a generous person.Also,Major General Jim Baylor & Rev. Joe Garshaw send their condolences with mine.

John was my Classmate and friend from the Huntington High School Class of 1952. Plese accept my sincerest condolence at your loss. We have drifted far and wide in our life's experiences but those memories of friends of our youth such as John was remain fresh and new as those days we spent together. John was a fine man.
