To the family of Patricia Payne, the staff of the Columbus Literacy Council wishes to extend to you our most heartfelt sympathies in your hour of sorrow. Although we never had the honor of meeting Mr. Williams it is quite evident in knowing Patricia, that he must have been a kind and loving person. Godspeed to all.
