I met Ms. Davis in St. Marys Hospital. We were room mates for a couple of days. I am so very sorry for your loss. We shared a few laughs and would lay at night and just talk. It was an honor to have known her for just that short of time. I had called to check on her but with the privacy act really couldnt find out anything. I just wanted to let her family know that she made an impression in my life for those few days of laughing and talking with her.

Emerson, Jean and family, I saw the note that your mother had died and wanted to extend my sympathy. I will always remember her as a kind woman who exhibited qualities found in Proverbs 31. She was a servant in the true sense of the word. I am sure her good-bye here will bring tears but I am grateful that it is only temporary. Awaiting the resurrection, Steve
