Dear Nate, I was saddened to read of your mother's passing. It was the day after you stopped by the high school and two days before the benefit. I am so sorry for your family. As you said, she fought the battle against cancer and kept a positive outlook. I hope you will remember the last time she said "I love you." Her memory will always be in your heart and she will be watching over you. Please take care of yourself and know others are praying for you. God Bless, Mrs. Ellis P.S. I sent the check over to John Reminder at Western for the benefit. Hopefully that will make it to Chris. Also, I e-mailed Mrs. Montgomery and my daughter Maribeth about your mother.
